Facilitate defining the overall construction approach, schedule and cost of project. This includes cash flow analysis, due diligence and feasibility studies, project execution planning, analysis and value engineering.
Project Quality
Provide comprehensive reviews of drawings for constructability, review existing conditions and ensure construction compliance with the project documents through lifecycle of the project. Project goals are met through a combination of daily tracking, frequent meetings and site visits.
Scheduling & Cost Estimating
White-glove scheduling & cost estimating support during all phases of the project. From initiation to closeout, GRYT can create, review, assist and iterate the most updated schedule and budget for projects. In addition, GRYT utilizes industry standard timelines & subcontractor relationships for up-to-date lead times.
PROJECT SCHEDULING

Develop initial schedule for project to assist in go/no-go decision making

Create master project schedule for project, focusing on critical path items and long lead to ensure risks are clearly communicated & mitigated

Partnerships with all facets of the project team to ensure related activities are included in schedule (i.e. architects, owner contractors, furniture vendors, etc.)

Consistent updating of schedule throughout various points of the project and during any major impacts

Assisting superintendents with schedules and/or two-week outlooks

Provide schedule using Microsoft Project for details, utilize Microsoft Excel for two-week outlooks, utilize Microsoft PowerPoint for high-level client schedule updates
